A little bit about me…

My background is as international as my practice; having lived and studied across several continents, I bring a global perspective and, I hope, a deeper understanding of what it means to be human.

With over 20 years of clinical experience, I help individuals from all walks of life – from students and parents, to Olympic hopefuls and international ministers – reclaim a sense of self.

Finding the right therapist is a significant step. It requires finding someone who can hold your story with care, without judgement, and with the skill to help move you forward.

I offer a therapeutic space that is supportive, with a Freedom First approach:

  • Client led in terms of setting the pace. There is no rigid timeline or set frequency for sessions – we work as fast or as gently as you need.
  • Flexible. I am based in West Oxfordshire whilst also enjoying travelling. I work via video and phone, providing confidential support.
  • Holistic. By blending traditional talk therapy with specialised techniques, we tailor our sessions to your unique needs.

The ‘fit’ between therapist and client is the most important factor in your success.

I invite you to book an initial session. This is a low-pressure opportunity for us to discuss what you are facing and see if we feel right to work together. I often have a mug of tea in my hand! There is no long-term commitment required – just an open conversation to explore how we can help you live a more meaningful, productive life.
